Inspired by the work of Dr. Marsha Linehan (creator of Dialectical Behavior Therapy), this site was created entirely by one person: from hand-coding and designing it, to writing every flashcard. (Icons were sourced using system emojis, Font Awesome, and Canva.)
It was created on a shoestring budget as a personal passion project, with the goal of making DBT skills easier to explore and practice, for free.
